The Motosurf Continental Cup

Based in Atlantic Beach, Florida, Shane Mularkey coordinates a range of Northern Florida-based events as the director of Airstream Ventures. In his role at Airstream Ventures, Shane Mularkey oversees the organization of events including the MotoSurf Continental Cup.

Scheduled to take place from July 16-18 at Lake Jackson in Sebring, Florida, the MotoSurf Continental Cup is expected to draw top motosurf racers of all ages from around the world. The competition requires motosurfing athletes to ride lightweight motorized surfboards as they compete in short and long track races. Men and women compete in separate classes and must do well in qualifying heats during the week to take part in the weekend races. Awards will be presented to winners of the competition during a ceremony held at the conclusion of the event.

Fans are invited to watch the competition as it takes place live at the beach and pier. The MotoSurf Continental Cup will also be broadcast via television around the world and live-streamed on YouTube and Facebook. In addition, the CBS Sports Network plans to review the action post-competition in a 30-minute program.
